BlixemseZanggroep is looking for members.
Since March 2022, the BlixemseZanggroep has been active in the neighborhood building (the VTA Blixems).
We are a “sing-along group”, so no choir! Everyone is welcome, you really don’t have to be able to sing or have experience in a choir. We sing along to pop songs from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s and yes, even to today’s hits.
All songs that are sung are contributed by all members of the group.
New members can therefore submit their request numbers and they will be sent by the group sung and judged whether the “stays” become.
We use a large “digiboard” where the repertoire is played via Spotify playlists with accompanying texts. So relax and enjoy yourself. No papers or books in your hand that you are staring at, but you can look around you and stimulate each other while you read the text on the “digiboard”. That reinforces it group feeling.
We are now with 16 nice enthusiastic people (10 ladies and 6 gentlemen) and want to grow. And in the future also do fun things like singing polyphonic.
We sing on Monday evenings from 8 pm to 10 pm. And around 9 pm we take a drink break.
The costs are very low (€ 5 to € 8 per month) because we have joined the Neighborhood association Blixembosch and only pay for the times we actually use the space in the VTA and have used the equipment.
