Start: Tuesday 22 nd of June between 19:30 and 20:30
Trainingsessions: (if enough registrations)
– Tuesday evenings 19:30
– Thursday evenings 19:30
– Possibly Saturday mornings at request
Demo morning: Saturday 19th of June 11:00
Arrange / take with you:
– Sportswear and of course comfortable sportsneakers
– A bottle of water / energy drink
– A towel
– A disinfectant handgel / -spray (to clean your hands before using shared materials)
– Preferably take your own gym mat (we have 2 present)
