Intercultureel koor Blixembosch. “HAPPYBLIXEMBOSCH.”
In samenwerking van Wijkvereniging Blixembosch, Centrum voor Kunsten Eindhoven, Gemeente Eindhoven komt er bij voldoende belangstelling een projectkoor in VTA Blixems. Een koor begeleid door een professionele dirigent. Lizzie Kean. Zangers en zangeressen zijn in de leeftijd van 18 jaar tot 98 jaar, uit Nederland en buitenland. Een intercultureel koor. Tien repetities 1e 26 oktober 2026. waarvan 8 tot de kerstvakantie en 2 in januari. Afsluitend een conaceert met een ander koor.

De dirigent begeleidt tot harmonieuze en plezierige samenzang en groei naar meerstemmig zingen. De dirigent legt alles uit in de Engelse taal. Het genre is popmuziek, lichte muziek en musical. Er is na afloop een gezellig nazit voor fijne sociale contacten. Ook onervaren deelnemers zijn welkom. Deelnamekosten zijn heel laag. Indien er voldoende enthousiasme is kan het een vast koor worden.

Intercultural Choir Blixembosch – “HAPPYBLIXEMBOSCH”

In cooperation with the Blixembosch Neighbourhood Association, the Eindhoven Centre for the Arts, and the Municipality of Eindhoven, a new project choir will be launched at VTA Blixems, provided there is sufficient interest.

The choir will be led by professional conductor Lizzie Kean.

We welcome singers aged 18 to 98, from the Netherlands and from all over the world. Together we aim to create a truly intercultural choir where everyone feels at home.

The project consists of ten rehearsals, with the first rehearsal on 26 October 2026 till 2-1-2027.

The conductor will guide participants towards enjoyable and harmonious singing, while gradually introducing two-part and multi-part singing. All instructions will be given in English, making the choir accessible to both Dutch and international participants.

The repertoire includes pop music, light music, and songs from musicals.

There will be a break during each rehearsal, providing an opportunity to meet new people and enjoy a friendly social atmosphere.

No previous choir experience is required—beginners are very welcome.

Participation fees are kept very low.

If there is enough enthusiasm, the project choir may become a permanent choir.
